Guiding Principles

Collaboration

We know that work pertaining to accessibility and disability cannot be achieved by a small group of individuals. We believe that collaboration must be at the forefront of our initiatives, and thus we always seek opportunities to work alongside our clients and partners — we rarely execute projects by ourselves.

Inclusivity

While inclusivity is subtly embedded in each of our guiding principles, we use this term repeatedly in our work to ensure that we consciously generate inclusive spaces for disabled persons. We strive to promote awareness pertaining to accessibility and disability, which in turn instills inclusive thinking, and ensures that the presence of disability communities in decision-making and policymaking processes is possible.

Engagement/Participation

Our work is inspired by dialoguing with clients and disability communities, so that together we can further generate inclusive engaging and participatory opportunities for all individuals (and in all spectres of daily living) — regardless of lived experiences.

Lived Experiences

We know that stories of struggles and/or triumphs are essential to further understanding of accessibility and disability, and thus must be embedded in all awareness initiatives. Our work encourages businesses, corporations, public entities, and the travel industry in acknowledging disabled persons as stakeholders — and most importantly, with indispensable perspectives.
